   Minutes: Leanne Evans, Treasurer, provided Board Members with a presentation regarding "Non-Construction One-Mil" and highlighted the following topics: Revenues; Millage Growth; Non-Construction Projects; Instructional Media FY07 Capital Needs; Library Media Capital Needs FY2007; Musical Instruments FY07 Funding Request; Educational Technology; Data Warehouse/On-Line Assessment Capital Needs FY2007; T.E.N. FY07 Capital Needs; Capital Needs FY2007; IT Customer Service; IT Applications; IT 2007 Capital Needs; IT Security FY07 Capital Needs; School Police Capital Needs; Transportation Capital Needs FY2007; Facilities FY07 Capital Needs; Maintenance Capital Needs FY2007; and Other Capital Needs FY2007.
   
   Board Members discussed: on-line assessment; data warehouse; digital video repository; allocation of computers; digital divide; united streaming; asking students if they have computers at home; Ed-Line; internet access; motivational software; Board approval on purchasing computers; opening media centers after hours to allow students to use computers; recycling computers; seatbelts on school buses; and GPS hardware.
